Engine 51, Engine 43, Ladder 53, Rescue 51, Battalion 50 1st Due to Three Oaks Garage Fire

August 28th 2010 – Just before 1400 hours communications alerted (Audio Below) Engine 51, Engine 43, Ladder 53, Rescue 51, Battalion Chief 50, and Medic 21 to respond to a report of a garage fire in an attached row of townhouses on Brickstone Loop in the Timberwalk at Three Oaks development just south of Alico Road.
Engine 51 and Battalion Chief 50 arrived on the scene and established the San Carlos Command with nothing showing. Upon further investigation a working fire was discovered inside the garage with an inoperable garage door. Engine 51 stretched a 1.75″ line, advanced into the townhouse extinguished the fire in the garage from the interior access door.
Crews operated for nearly two hours to completely extinguish and overhaul the area where the fire started.
